AcroYoga Workshop Held at Lakeshore Yoga Center
Dance instructor, Performer and Certified AcroYoga teacher Ashley Gloor, from Austin Texas, will facilitate an AcroYoga class on Sunday November 18th from 3-6 p.m. at Lakeshore Yoga Center (LYC), in Grand Haven. AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. These three ancient lineages form the foundation of a unique new practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. .
