The Alliance for the Great Lakes Annual Holiday Open House Open to All

The Alliance for the Great Lakes (AFGL) welcomes the community to attend its annual Holiday Open House on Thursday, December 6, from 4:30-8:30 P.M. Along with sharing company with fellow ecologically conscious community members and homemade appetizers, holiday treats and beverages, the event is an ideal opportunity to learn more about AFGL’s programs.

AFGL works to conserve and restore the world's largest freshwater resource through policy, education and local efforts aimed at preserving the Great Lakes region as a national treasure. The organization draws on many resources, working with teachers, scientists, economists, legal specialists, government representatives, communities and individuals. Education extends to the region's residents, enhancing their understanding of how local efforts can help, too.

The event will be held at the Michigan Alliance for the Great Lakes office located at 700 Fulton Avenue, Ste.A, in Grand Haven.
