First Annual Grand Rapids Health and Fitness Fair
Health Motion Physical Therapy (HMPT) of Grand Rapids, in tandem with Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department, will be hosting the Grand Rapids Health and Fitness Fair on April 19th, 2008 from 9:00am to 3:00pm at City High School located at 1400 Fuller Ave NE in Grand Rapids.
The interactive event will feature free health screenings, seminars, fitness classes, dance classes for children 2-12 and many local exhibitors. The interactive event is designed to educate, inspire and provide helpful feedback and health service demonstrations for health concerns and health maintenance. Andrew Krietemeyer, director of public relations at HMPT, explains "It is our goal to provide local residents with an event that really delivers the essence of what health and fitness are really about – screenings, resources, and actionable knowledge."
